My name is Tia Farese and I am an Ambassador (and Campus Brand Manager) for Margaritaville University, a college ambassador program to spread Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville brand awareness and the Margaritaville State of Mind.Next Tuesday, March 21st at 7pm EST, I will be hosting virtual bingo with prizes sponsored by Margaritaville that benefits Relay for Life. Happy Thursday is the new Friday, Parrotheads!
With all of the excitement coming from Meeting of the Minds, we are also coming into the busy season for concerts and club events! With all of these great events comes those questions that bother you so.A lot of our Regional Communicators and Board Members travel to your club shenanigans and would love to be part of them. From this, we would love to accomplish a couple of things.1. Make sure you know who your Board members and RC's are! If we are present, we are happy to be pointed out so we can meet and greet everyone that we have not talked to or been introduced to.2. If you would like, and we are available, we are also happy to set aside time to participate in an informal meet and greet, regional meeting, business meeting, or whatever you can think up. A lot of club leaders and even club members have questions or just need some good face to face guidance. Many times we have had club leaders or event organizers ask us great questions individually that would be even better if heard by a group of Parrotheads!If we can be there and help, we will! But...we are not all business! We also like to enjoy your company and the event itself. We cannot attend everything, but we do our best to be available and present when we can. It is a holiday for COPA (Central Oklahoma Parrothead Association). We have renamed it St. Parrot's Day. Since we took the liberty to rename it, we also take liberty to celebrate it on the day of our choosing each year. This year it is on March 18th.

Good morning! Ready for day #2? 
VIP Update:- There are currently only around 30 VIP left available that are not associated to the VIP Room Packages. I'd be surprised if they last the rest of the day. After they are gone we will only have enough for those staying in VIP Lodging.- There is not an unlimited number of VIP set aside, so if you're rooming with someone that's purchased a VIP Package it's in your best interested to get registered sooner than later.- You do not need to be VIP to stay in VIP Lodging. If you purchase a VIP lodging package with multiple rooms it is perfectly alright if those using the other rooms have general registration.- If you have any other issue that you need help with regarding your VIP Lodging Package send an email to motmdoc@phip.com and we'll get it figured out.- Changes and corrections may not happen immediately. Please be patient. General Registration:If yesterday was any indication how registration will go this year the event should be pretty well attended. The pace is already faster than the last two years. We should know after today is selling out at 2800 will be part of the conversation this year.- From the looks of it the Shuttle Pass may sell out before registration does. So, if you intend to utilize the shuttle you may want to register sooner than later.Club Membership Confirmations:I will start sending out confirmations April 1st (or there abouts)- Those of you that may not be current have until then to make sure your membership is so that your Club leader can verify you.- You will not receive a notification from MOTM that your club leader has confirmed you. You will however receive an email if they have not. If you're not sure, check directly with your club leader to see if you're on their list.More announcements and more updates to come.Cheers!
